In the email sending screen, Proman offers the additional function to create filtered emails.
This function allows you to generate PDF documents that contain only the report items for which a specific responsible employee is assigned. This tailored option facilitates targeted communication and ensures that employees receive only the information relevant to them.

Checkboxes allow you to select the responsible employees for whom a specific PDF document should be created for email sending.

In our example, this results in three different PDF documents and three separate emails.
Each email contains only the report items assigned to the selected responsible employees. This functionality enables precise and effective distribution of relevant information to the responsible team members.
