Proman reports can be printed in PDF, RTF, or XLS formats. Additionally, Proman offers the ability to generate an email directly within the system, which you can then send using your email client.

While the protocol view is open, you will find the “Print Report” option in the protocol tools in the top menu bar.

Select the desired format for printing—PDF, RTF, or XLSX—and choose the storage path for your document.

The document will be saved in the chosen path and automatically opened after the printing process.

In the email sending screen, Proman offers various options for effectively sending the report:

• (1) Select the storage path for the PDF copy of your report. If permanent storage is not required, you can also store the PDF temporarily.

• (2) Allows you to select free text and edit the content of your template.

• (3) Customize the email subject line as needed.

• Existing text block templates can be dragged and dropped into the email window for use in your message.

There are two options for sending your email:

• (5) Send Directly allows immediate sending of the email, provided Proman is connected to your email client.

• (6) Open Email displays the email in your email client for review before it is sent.
