In the settings for Affected Parties and Responsible Persons (1), you can precisely define how these individuals are represented in your reports.

You have the option to customize the salutation of the responsible persons (2) and decide whether the representation should emphasize the person, the company, or their function (3).

For the long form, the selection is limited to either person or company. Additionally, you can define how the main responsible person is visually marked—whether by an arrow, a checkmark, a star, or bold text (4), to ensure a clear assignment of responsibilities.
