Open Reporting Tool
Start in PROMAN under "Tools > Search and Reporting." On the right side, the "Reporting Tool" will be displayed, where you can select "Filter Report Items."

Set Filters
In the reporting tool, you have the option to set various filters.

For example, the filter "Status" → "completed."

Start Reporting After setting the filters, click "Start Reporting." PromanX will then report on all report items with the "completed" status in the current report.

Include Historical Report Items To expand the reporting to include previous reports, the option "Search also in historical report items" should be enabled. PromanX will then include all previous reports in the search.

Additional Filter Options Additional filtering options include:

• Address Filter: Select companies or employees from the project address book (affected parties/responsible).
  

  

• Keyword Filter: Enter relevant terms.
  

  

• Attribute Filter: Select specific properties. (09. Attributes)
  

  

Print Reporting The entire reporting can be printed to create a physical document.
