Employees who are no longer active in the project can be decommissioned within the project. This is done by clicking on the lock icon (1), which allows employees to be decommissioned and reactivated if needed.

• The same lock icon (2) can be used to show and hide decommissioned employees.

• This decommissioning function is also applicable to specific roles or functions within the project.
