08.1 Load project partners from the central address management into the project
Employees and companies can be transferred from the Central Address Book to the Project Address Book in two ways:

(1) By right-clicking and selecting "Add to Project," you can directly copy the desired entries into the Project Address Book.

(2) Alternatively, you can drag and drop the entries into the Project Address Book.
The companies and employees transferred from the Central Address Book to your project will be displayed with some specific characteristics:

These entries appear grayed out, except for the attributes and the "Subsidiary of" information, and are marked with checkboxes (1). This indicates that they are standard information from the Central Address Book.

You can uncheck these boxes (2) to make project-specific adjustments to the data. Changes made in this way apply only to the current project.

The "Switch to Central" button (3) allows you to make direct changes in the Central Address Book if necessary.
