EXPORT

In the central address book, addresses can be imported or exported via Excel.

• Both functions can be started in the central address book via the menu bar (1).

• For Export, select the desired data (column names) (2) and click on “Export to Excel file” (3).

IMPORT

• For Import, select the desired source file using “Open File” (4).

• The corresponding Excel column name can be selected for each field (5).

• For company and employee phone numbers, email addresses, and company functions, required fields can be added, and the type can be selected (6).

• Click “Import” to execute the import process (7).

SYNCHRONIZATION

In the Central Address Book, an import or synchronization with external programs can be performed.

Go to the synchronization settings through Menu → Tools → Settings (1).

Synchronization options:

• From Coor to Proman

• From Outlook to Proman

• From Access to Proman

• SQL to Proman

Please note that synchronization with Proman is only possible if the program is installed locally on your computer. For additional synchronization options with the cloud, please contact our support team.
