07.5 Company/employee functions
Functions are often used to represent the roles and responsibilities of companies and employees.
Creating (1) and editing functions is easy from both the central and project address management.
Functions also enable targeted search and analysis:

Open tasks, such as those of an electrician, can be found.

Functions are created in both short and long forms (2).

Through functions, each person in the project can be assigned a specific role.

Functions can be decommissioned (3) and hidden or displayed (4).

Functions can be exported as an Excel file (1).

To import functions (2), select the appropriate file (3), specify the columns for short and long forms (4), and then start the import (5).

If decommissioned functions are hidden, they will not appear in the export (6).

The import and export of functions can be done centrally or project-specific. Attributes in the project address book can be copied from other projects (7).
