The comment function in PROMAN allows internal communication and feedback directly within the report without appearing in the printout.
Users, regardless of their permissions, can leave comments on report items, enabling interaction within the team even for read-only access.
A comment overview simplifies access to all discussions and feedback on report items, optimizing internal communication and ensuring that all relevant information is considered without appearing in the final document.

• Through the radial menu directly on the report item, you can select the "Comments" option to open and leave comments on this specific report item.
  

  

• In our example, User1 leaves a comment on report item 001.002.
  

  

• User2 opens PROMAN and the same report. He receives a notification with an exclamation mark (!) in the top menu bar, indicating that unread comments are present in the report.
  

  

• From here, you can directly navigate to the new comment or open the comment overview.
  Next to the report item, User1 also sees a comment icon, notifying him that a comment has been left.
  

  

  
  

  

• The comment overview shows the entire communication exchange between User1 and User2.
  

  

• You can also add images or PDF attachments to the comment. This leaves an image and attachment icon.
