Under "Load Report Items" (2), report items from previous meetings can be reintroduced into the most recent report (1).

For example, in a previous meeting, the report item was marked as completed and was therefore not carried over to the next meeting. Now, the report item should be reintroduced in the current meeting for further processing.

• With "Delete Report Item" (3), the report item is deleted in the selected meeting/report. If a report item is deleted from its original report, it is also removed from all subsequent meetings.
